Born in Pasadena and raised in the San Gabriel Valley of California, Kore moved to Hollywood in 1990 to learn and work in the world of tattooing. Beginning his career in 1991, and now entering his 28th year in the profession, Kore has always put an emphasis on gaining knowledge through experience. To that end, he has traveled extensively, tattooing on three continents, in eight countries and all over the United States, working with some of the best tattooists in Europe, Japan and North America.

For the last two decades, Kore has focused mainly on large format, full body tattooing with clients coming in from all over the world to complete ambitious projects, although he is open to doing tattoos of any size as long as the ideas behind them are strong and the clients are sincere.

Along with his tattooing, his paintings and drawings have been included in hundreds of international books and periodicals, national and international art exhibits, and have appeared in movies and on television programs. Kore has also created custom artwork on guitars for the Fender/Gretsch company and for well-known musicians.

As he begins what he considers to be the last 15 years of his career, he is more excited and optimistic about tattooing than ever before and he looks forward to seeing what interesting projects clients will bring to him and working together on what they can create as tattoos.
